Welcome to GuestSurveys.com.  As you may have guessed from the name, GuestSurveys.com primarily surveys hotel guests to help the hotel improve and to find out what the guest is really looking for.  This gives the hotel distinct competitive advantage, while satisfying the needs of the guest.  If there’s a better win-win situation, we’ve yet to find it!

Uniquely, GuestSurveys.com utilizes technology to help survey guests.  As you’ll read in our methods section, we partner with hotel guest Internet Service Providers to survey guests with short questions while they log in for Internet access.

GuestSurveys.com was founded in January 2008 and will operate in beta through 2008. GuestSurveys has posed over two million test questions to hotel guests and has received several hundred thousand responses.

GuestSurveys achieves response rates of nearly 40% because of both its placement of surveys and because the question is usually one that the hotel guest wants to answer to help make his or her stay better.

GuestSurveys.com is exclusively partnered with Tantus Networks (InnFlux) at this time, but has been built to work with any and all guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) providers.
